1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the lili58 platform available at lili58.net (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the lili58 Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the lili58 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, a different name, or through the use of different email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. lili58 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates may be permanently closed with balances forfeited.

Account Security

Account Closure

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

lili58 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT (TRC20 and ERC20 networks). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the cashier and are subject to change without advance notice.

Deposit Terms

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name and linked to your verified lili58 account;
• lili58 does not accept deposits from third parties, joint accounts, or anonymous payment sources;

Withdrawal Terms

In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are issued at lili58's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice;
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn;

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

• Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player;

8 Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any lili58 intellectual property.

This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

12 Amendments to Terms
